Sommer afventes...

Well, the last 14 days it has been quite windy, almost stormy, raining and the temperature has been well below 20 degrees celcius during daytime and down to measly 5 degrees during night.

So summer is slow in coming and the weather doesn't invite to outdoor activities. Therefore I've gotten started on the ceramics again. And it's on high time.

I've got two shops waiting to sell my stuff on commission. But I haven't gotten anything ready. So no more relaxing in the garden with the chickens, - but, it's so cosy when the weeds chirp.

Eller der blundes i solen.....

Or basking in the sun....

Or when it is all just pure idyll.

Men ind på værkstedet og igang. Jeg har støbt tiki- krus....

Inside to the workshop and on to it. I've casted tiki-mugs...

Og drejet kokusnødder....

And thrown coconuts...

And I've tried to throw some tagines....

When I was finished on the wheel and wanted to wash my hands, the tap was empty!

The construction workers further up the road had digged through the waterpipe and it would be a couple of hours, before we would have water again.

Fortunately, I have plenty of water in the rainwater barrel :-)

  1. I notice your cat seems very comfortable with the chickens.

  2. Hello Melissa..

Yes, the cat had to 'get used to' the chickens, but he's absolutely NOT satisfied with them living in HIS garden.

Therefore he'll climp out of beaks reach and keep an eye on them. And the roof of the kindergarten is nice and warm, - so cozy zzzZZZ
