As there's some english speaking people reading my blog, I'll try to write in two languages.... Hope the german readers doesn't feel neglected.
I've been working hard the last two weeks, because I've gotten some small orders on my springflowers. I also have to get 30-40 pieces ready for the next stay at Engelsholm in week 16.
It has to be a mix of bisqued and glazed objects, both earthenware and stoneware.
So last Night i bisquefired a load. The oven was not stuffed, but almost. There's a lot of springflowers, tiki cups, small houses and other good stuff.
Nu skal jeg have gang i glasurpenslerne. Målet er at få ovnen igang senest i weekenden.
So now I've got some glazing to do. My plan is to get the oven fired next weekend at the latest.
My goal is to fire next weekend as well. So far I am having problems getting the electricity hooked up to my kiln! It is so frustrating! I have about 600-700 pieces waiting to be bisque fired.
SvarSletLooks like you have a good kiln load there in your pictures, with quite a few items. Good luck with the trip to Engelsholm.
Thanks for your nice comment. I just visited your blog and left a comment, asking about your kiln, but autocorrect made a mess of it :-)
SvarSletHope you get the wiring fixed, so you can get something finished. Opening a glazeload is like Christmas eve everytime.
